How Shipping Works

- The parcel is officially legal to countries we can ship to so you need not worry about legal implications.
- Please note that the clothing in the photo is not included in the parcel. We offer random underwear and large towels in its place.
- When a doll’s wig is out of stock, we might provide you with wigs of similar style, color, and length.
- For the United States, European Union countries, and some Asian Countries, we will pay the customs duties. So you can receive the parcel at home. Other countries client might need to pay customs duties. Kindly view the table below for more details.

How Returns Work?

- Before shipment, we will have a full inspection. If you wish to get the video of packing before shipment, feel free to get in touch with us by mail [email protected] or online customer service.
- When the sex doll you ordered eventually gets to you, you must make an open-box video to prove the authenticity of possible defects. If it is not adequate due to other reasons, kindly reach out to us for consultations.
